Thanksgiving is going to be so good

I expect to gain 3.3 lbs. This week. 90% of it on Thursday. Ah man. Can’t wait to just pig out and sleep. Like most Saturday afternoons for me.

It’s also the signal to setup the Christmas tree. Time to drag it out of the garage. Maybe even decorate outside also. We haven’t put any lights outside in previous years but this year I have the itch. Should I go with a massive inflatable ?

So far, there a few stores that I will only go to if there is a zombie apocalypse and they have anti-zombie salt. These stores have been blacklisted:

Home Depot – all their stores looks like a college dorms and never they have what I want.

Best Buy – when I was ready to buy a Playstation 3 I couldn’t find anyone to help. I am trying to give you my $300 and there was nobody to take it.

The most recent is Autozone. Just the worst customer service. I will take my used oil there to dump it. Maybe.

Ah man…Ah man…

So close. It was warm and normal spring, then suddenly a slap in the face. I was not ready for the harsh winds and cold temps. This isn’t helping Deepa’s argument to move to Hawaii. Might have to keep Zillow Hawaii area in my bookmarks.

At least I can get more gaming on without feeling bad of not taking advantage of the weather. Just finished Frycry 3. I think I logged 50 hours on that game. Great game. The story really supported the open environment. The upgrades and escalation of difficulty matched pretty well also. This might be a 5/5 the more I think about it. My next game is Xcom enemy within. Rex hooked me up for Christmas. I have a feeling this might be another 50 hour game.

We are playing Ghost Recon and I am surprised how good the multi player is. It’s a good mix of different scenarios and timed action sequences for a co-op. After this I might jump on Battlefield 4. I don’t like how EA forces you to use their game manager. Why would you leave Steam. Come on EA.

I had a terrible experience flying on United to San Francisco. Let’s talk about why. Both aircrafts had mechanical issues that sigifcantly delayed my arrival. 1.5 hours the 1st flight and 2 hours for the second. While leaving Dulles, there was a Mom with an infant and they would not let her board early. She was in the last boarding group so she the last person to board. Finally, on a 4 hour flight the only thing free on the flight were drinks. No peanuts, no pretzels nothing to munch on. Come on. That makes no sense. There is so much waste on the craft with the magazines and holders behind the seat. Get rid of all that and I am sure I can check a bag for free. I still dont understand why it costs $25 to check a bag at the terminal, but I can check a bag for free at the gate. Why do we run out of overhead space? Every flight. Why can’t you get rid of all the overhead compartments and check everything. Wouldn’t that save even more weight? Also, why are the sodas delivered in cans? Why not install a dispenser? Wouldn’t that require less weight?  In the end money talks, so I am going to take my business elsewhere.
